Guaranteed price stability for customers

TotalEnergies reaffirms its commitment to its customers by ensuring that “a fixed price truly remains fixed over the promised period”. Concretely, this means:

  • No increase in the price excluding tax per kWh;
  • No increase in the price excluding tax of the subscription.

This warranty applies to offers “Standard Fixe Gaz” et “Green Fixed Gas“, which offer a fixed rate for one year. New customers have until September 30, 2024 to take advantage of these advantageous rates.

Complementary initiatives for energy management

Beyond maintaining prices, TotalEnergies deploys other measures to help its customers control their energy budget. The operation “Good advice” is a concrete example:

  • More than 450,000 customers rewarded for reducing their consumption by at least 10% during winter 2023-2024
  • An average bonus of €33 per energy paid to participants

These initiatives are part of TotalEnergies’ global strategy, which aims to provide more affordable, more available and more sustainable energy to its customers in around 120 countries.

By maintaining its fixed prices and encouraging the reduction of consumption, TotalEnergies demonstrates its commitment to its customers and the environment, while adapting to the challenges of the current energy market.
