A man in his twenties was arrested after the deliberate setting of a car on Friday evening, June 28, in Saint-Guénolé, in the town of Penmarc’h (Finistère). In police custody for the entire weekend, he will be brought before the Quimper public prosecutor’s office on Monday.

It was around 10:40 p.m., Friday June 28, 2024, when firefighters and police intervened on a car on fire, in Saint-Guénolé, in the town of Penmarc’h (Finistère). A man in his twenties, suspected of being the perpetrator, is arrested. He has been in police custody since Saturday morning and for the entire weekend. He will be referred to the Quimper public prosecutor’s office on Monday who will decide on his legal direction.
