On September 21 and 22, on the occasion of the European Heritage Days, the Cité des Climats et Vins de Bourgogne welcomes you to its 3 sites, in Beaune, Chablis and Mâcon. The program is dedicated to the region’s wine heritage, combining activities for the whole family, around culture, history and tasting.
Beaune:
• Flash guided tours on Burgundy’s wine heritage
• “Discovering aromas” workshop with Marie-France Bravard
• Meeting with the sculptor François Rouillot
• Discovery of cooperage and making of a mini-barrel
• Family scientific activities with the association Les Petits Débrouillards
• Exhibition of photographs on work in the vineyards (free)
Chablis and Mâcon:
• Multi-sensory tour on the history of Burgundy wines
• Family art workshop: creating a wine label (free)
• Scientific workshop on biodiversity and the environment
• Demonstration of the dry stone technique by a waller
• Access to the top of the press for an exceptional view of the Saône…
