Thus, during an exceptional day at the Grand Palais Ephémère, the CNOSF, the CPSF, 2024 unveiled the opening ceremony outfit for French athletes designed by Maison Berluti, House of the LVMH group, partner of Paris 2024. This outfit will make the athletes of the French Team the best ambassadors of before the eyes of spectators and television viewers around the world.

From April 2 to 6, on the occasion of the 8th Olympic and Paralympic Week, nearly 2 million pupils and students celebrated the Games and athletes from around the world. This highlight of the Generation 2024 program made it possible to launch – thanks to the mobilization of young people – the festivities in mainland France, overseas and abroad.

Today, the Torch Relay, thanks to the 11,000 flame bearers, is preparing to illuminate all territories. Lit on April 16 in Olympia, the Flame will begin its journey on May 8 in to allow the French men and women to participate in the celebration of the Games.

The Olympic and Paralympic adventure begins with your encouragement!

On the occasion of D-100, Paris 2024 is offering the entire Generation 2024, as part of the athlete encouragement system, the opportunity to support the 15,000 athletes who will participate in the Games by sending them words of welcome and encouragement. .

Thanks to this system, pupils and students will be able to discover the champions from the different delegations as well as the Olympic and Paralympic disciplines.

Encouragements and welcome words will be given to delegations and athletes upon their arrival in France and will be displayed within the emblematic sites of the Games.
