He was convinced that he would not win the competition this year, in particular because of the “dance level” of his partner. So obviously, the surprise was all the greater this Friday, April 26, 2024, when Camille Combal announced that they were the winning duo of this 13th season of Dancing with the Stars! Anthony Colette and Natasha St-Pier therefore won the competition, against Nico Capone and Inès Vandamme, thanks to the 57% of votes they collected. At the time, overwhelmed both by emotion and by the pain of his lumbago, the dancer was unable to speak in front of the TF1 cameras. It was therefore four days later, with our colleagues at Télé-Loisirs, that he finally chose to speak out. In six years of participation in Dancing with the Stars, this is the first time that Anthony Colette has won the cup. A “childhood dream come true”.

And precisely, this victory, the 29-year-old dancer has dreamed of it so often that the overflow of emotion caused him a kind of absence. “I had a black hole when I got the result,” reveals Anthony Colette. And to explain: “I saw photos of myself where everyone was lifting me up but I have almost no memory of that. I have flashes coming back to me but I was crying so much, I almost couldn’t breathe.” Yes, Iris Mittenaere’s ex-companion was “so happy” that it caused a real “trance state”!
