A beautiful declaration from a son to his father. Saturday June 22, singer Patrick Bruel wanted to show, once again, the pride he has for his 18-year-old son Léon. The latter launched into music several months ago now and decided to pay a beautiful tribute to his father in the most beautiful way: in song. In Patrick Bruel’s Instagram story, subscribers were able to discover an extract of Léon’s new music, entitled Fakein which he said “Trynna be the greatest for my dad to be proud”which means “I try to be the best so that my father can be proud”. A message to which the 65-year-old man replied: “Of course I’m proud, very proud.” This little attention shows how strong a bond unites father and son.
Young Léon has something to make the French artist proud. He has been working on professional projects for a few months now. On April 25, 2023, he announced on Instagram that he was preparing to release his first single 1,2,3 under the name of Léon Hesby. And in August of the same year, he made his first steps in front of the camera in his mother Amanda Sthers’ film, The promises, alongside actor Jean Reno. Since the release of his first single, he has released other pop-sounding tracks like Only You or Say to Me.

Léon Hebsy is also a dance star
The 18-year-old seems to have found his artistic calling. However, he did not stop at his singing and acting skills as he showed his father that he was also talented in dancing. On February 18, he revealed a video on Instagram where he rehearsed a choreography. It was then the first teaser of his clip Say to Me which ended up being released on March 8th. The interpreter of Break your voice then left a little note: “Wow! So, not everything is hereditary”. As a proud dad, Patrick Bruel then rushed to support his son by republishing the video extract in his Instagram story and captioning it in English: “Vas-y fonce” et “So proud of you”.
