For the first time in the history of the license, Farming Simulator escapes to Eastern Asia. New crops, new livestock and “significant visual improvements” will await players on November 12.
The star license of the agricultural world (finally) has its successor. After three years of scarcity, the next Farming Simulator 25 is finally revealed to the public. Giants Software presented a first trailer for the next opus this Tuesday. It will be released on November 12 on PC, Mac, PS5 and Xbox (series X and S).
“Agriculture is a passion shared by many. Whether in real life or virtually,” says Christian Ammann, CEO of Giants Software in a press release, promising that Farming Simulator 25 will offer “greater immersion” to its players.
For 2025, therefore, the Swiss developer is banking on a lot of new features. Particularly in terms of crops (such as rice and spinach) and animals offered to livestock (such as buffaloes and goats).

Three maps will be offered – basic – in the game. One is located in North America, the other in Central Europe (as in all previous opuses since Farming Simulator 13). The third will offer players the opportunity to escape to eastern Asia. A first.
Farming Simulator 25 will benefit from Giants’ latest graphics engine which will bring “significant visual improvements”. Particularly in terms of textures, play of shadows and lights.
Giants Software promises “more than 400 machines and tools from major agricultural brands.” Among them: Fendt, New Holland, John Deere and Case IH. New construction missions will also be offered to players. They will thus be able to build and personalize their farms “more freely”, indicates the developer.
Improvements also include better AI management for farmworkers and a redesigned user interface for a smoother and more intuitive experience. Multiplayer modes also benefit from optimizations, allowing more players to cooperate online.
The game is already available for pre-order at the price of 49.99 euros.
