Zehnder completes sale of Climate Ceiling Solutions division

Zurich (awp) – The Aargau-based ventilation and heating specialist Zehnder Group has completed the sale of its Climate Ceiling Solutions division, which has been loss-making for several years. The sale resulted in a one-off loss of 10 million euros (9.6 million Swiss francs) in the first half of the year.

This division dedicated to ceiling air conditioning systems passes into the hands of the German holding company Private Assets, Zehnder Group wrote in a press release on Monday.

In total, Climate Ceiling Solutions generated a turnover of around €23 million in 2023 and employed 75 people, but was loss-making in recent years.
