AS Monaco is pleased to announce the arrival of Boubakar Dembaga, 18-year-old defensive midfielder.
Originally from Aulnay-sous-Bois (Seine-Saint-Denis), Boubakar Dembaga, who recently celebrated his 18th birthday on June 7, joined the Rouge & Blanc from Paris FC, his training club.
Around twenty matches with Paris FC
The defensive midfielder played with the Ile-de-France club in the U17 and U19 categories after having cut his teeth at CSL Aulnay then at Espérance Aulnaysienne, alongside his practice of futsal.
I am very happy to sign my first professional contract with AS Monaco, a leading club in the French championship. This is an important step for me, but there is still a lot to do to continue to progress and reach my best level. Now, I can’t wait to start this new adventure.

Boubakar Dembaga is coming off a full 2023-2024 season with Paris FC. The 1m91 midfielder played more than twenty matches (5 goals) as a starter, whether in the U19 National Championship or the Gambardella Cup. At AS Monaco, the Sequano-Dionysian will play with Djimi Traoré’s Elite Group.
Internship contract for four young Monegasques
Like goalkeeper Yanis Benchaouch last September, defender Mathis Coudour, goalkeeper Ethan Schulz and striker Ladji Sylla have signed a trainee contract with AS Monaco.
