Bocuse d’Or now has a little Drôme aftertaste. Anne-Sophie Pic has just joined the executive committee of the famous gastronomic competition organized every two years in Lyon.
Alongside Davy Tissot, who succeeded Régis Marcon as president of the International Organizing Committee, and the other members, the three-star chef from Valence will participate in steering the major strategic directions of the competition, the choice of final events and the regulations. .
The Bocuse d’Or 2025 will be held on Sunday January 26 and Monday January 27, during the next Sirha Lyon show.
