With a 5/27 in the Premier League, Pep Guardiola experienced a crisis the likes of which he had not only never experienced at Manchester City, but perhaps quite simply in his career. The Catalan coach has appeared lost like never before in recent weeks at the helm of the Citizens.
This Sunday, Manchester City ended the year in style by going for the three points with authority on the lawn of Leicester City (0-2). Jérémy Doku was the starter, and the Belgian winger remains convinced that Guardiola – who recently extended his contract at the Etihad Stadium – is the man for the job.

This will perhaps involve the injection of a little fresh blood during the winter transfer window. Manchester City is currently 5th in the Premier League, 14 points behind leader Liverpool, and will therefore have to put in a crazy second half of the season to hope to play for the title.
