Summer vacation is fast approaching. What music will you dance and party to this summer? Here are the ten songs that seem to have the greatest potential.
A summer without music? Impossible for many of us. Vacations, with family or friends, often take place with musical background in the car, in your summer rental or during an event at your vacation spot.
Gone are the days when there was one and only summer hit like La Lambada, Soca Dance, La Macarena, Aserejé or Despacito. For many years, several songs have stood out to become holiday hits.

Sabrina Carpenter : “Espresso”
Sabrina Carpenter is a 25-year-old American pop singer who became known as an actress on the Disney Channel. The song “Expresso” with its disco-pop sounds seems to have been written to liven up the dance floors of our summer. The single has already reached #1 in the UK, Ireland and Australia.
FloyyMenor et Cris MJ : “Gata Only”
This Latin song also smells like summer. The singer is an 18-year-old artist from Chile named FloyyMenor. He sings malianteo, a genre derived from reggaeton. “Gata Only” was a hit this winter in Latin American countries.
Dua Lipa : “Training Season”
“Dance tonight”, “Houdini”… Dua Lipa is releasing hits with success, as demonstrated by her recent concert at the Nîmes Arena. Her summer hit is called “Training Season”. It is the most played song on the radio in France since the beginning of June.
Carbonne: “Imagine”
Carbonne is a young rapper from Montpellier. “Imagine” is a sunny pop song with a memorable chorus. The song went straight to the top of the Top Singles. Bigflo & Oli called on him for the first part of their concerts at the Stadium in Toulouse at the beginning of June.
David Guetta & One Republic : “Don’t wanna wait”
Sampler of old hits: David Guetta has made a specialty of this by revisiting Haddaway (Baby don’t hurt me”), or Eiffel 65 (I’m good (Blue)”). This time, he tackles O-Zone’s hit: “Dragostea Din Tei”, one of the great hits sung in Romanian of the 2000s. In association with the American group OneRepublic, David Guetta modified it to make it ” Don’t wanna wait.”
Tiësto, Lucenzeo, Don Omar: “Danza Kuduro”

Gims & Dystinct : “Spider”
Gims needs no introduction. The rapper has been churning out hits for years. This summer, he shares the microphone with Belgian-Moroccan rapper Dystinct for an Afro-pop track called “Spider”. We bet you’ll be humming “Ah, lé, lé, lé, lé, lé” during your vacation?
Billie Eilish : “Lunch”
Billie Eilish is back with a third album. The 22-year-old Californian, who made a name for herself with “Bad Guy,” is offering the captivating “Lunch” this summer, in a nonchalant and catchy style. She sings about her obsession with a lover, whom she would happily eat like a good lunch.
Benson Boone : “Beautiful things”
It’s the hit of spring in France and around the world. The 22-year-old American’s ballad “Beautiful Things” should continue to be heard this summer. Benson Boone wrote the melody one sleepless night on his grandmother’s piano and was inspired by a romantic relationship.
