During the interview, the far-right elected official was notably questioned about the liberation of racist speech in France.We have been accused of this for 30 years. I am a Frenchman, a journalist, a citizen, that’s all and nothing else. It’s upsetting to think that we fight every day to unite people, and to eat that every day. We are not made for that and we don’t get up in the morning for that.”
