Paul McCartney acclaimed, Moby misses entry

Surprise: “The Mirror Hour”, the associative album by guitarist Thibault Cauvin and -M-, arrives seventh with 5,500 purchases. Follows Slimane, eighth with the best of “Essentiels” (3,800 units, -13%) while the Belgian rapper Caballero is ninth with his “Heroic Dose”, to which 3,300 people joined. Finally, the indestructible mixtape “Chambre 140” by PLK is still in 10th place with also 3,300 units (-6%). Note that for the first time since its release two months ago, “The Tortured Poets Department” by Taylor Swift leaves the top 10: it is 13th this week with 3,100 sales (-18%).

In terms of new releases, Paul McCartney is doing the best, as he has just announced two concerts at Paris La Défense Arena. Finally available 50 years after its recording, the album “One Hand Clapping” by Wings, 17th, interested 2,500 fans. While his Bercy is struggling to fill up, Maes sees his latest project “Waiting for LVC 2” being acclaimed 2,000 times. He enters 21st.
