The Saturday July 20 next, the Great Night of July 2024 will transform Valencia into an epicenter of culture and entertainment. From the afternoon until the night, the city will be filled with concerts, shows and free outdoor activities.

The events will take place in various emblematic locations, such as the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, Plaza de la Virgen, Plaza de la Reina, Plaza del Patriarca and Plaza Redonda. In addition, the Central Park and the Palau Gardens will be vibrant stages for this special night.

The program includes workshops, circus shows, jazz, magic, children’s musicals, storytelling, Valencian folklore and a pyromusical show on the Monteolivete Bridge.

To join in the celebration, most of the city’s museums will open their doors at night, offering visitors a unique cultural experience.

The Great Night of July is already a reference in Valencia, and this year promises to be unforgettable. Don’t miss it!

  • 10:00 a.m. at the Palau de la Música: International Fanfare Competition ‘City of Valencia’ – first section

  • 12:10 and 12:50 at the Valencian Museum of Illustration and Modernity (MuVIM) Guided tours of the permanent exhibition

  • 5:30 p.m. at the Palau de la Música: International brass band competition ‘City of Valencia’ – first section

  • 6:00 p.m. Guided tours of the MuVIM temporary exhibitions, led by artists and curators:

    • “Fashion Art by Manuel Fernández”

    • “Didín Puig, a committed woman”

    • “15 years of the Límite team”

    • “The Memory of the Earth” by Vicent Machí

    • “The loss of identity. Syncretic art in Cuba and Brazil”

    • Guided tours of the 18th century model of Valencia

  • 6:30 p.m. at Parc Central: Start of Circus Workshops

  • 9pm: JAZZ IN THE NEIGHBORHOODS. Martina Sabariego Quartet in the Square Church of Campanar and Valencian Folklore in the Square of the Virgin.

  • 9:15 p.m.: Julieta Venegas concert at the Jardins du Real

  • 9:30 p.m.: Dramatic visit to the González Martí Ceramics Museum

  • 10:00 p.m.: show by Toni Pons the mentalist at the Plaza del Patriarca and Clave de Swing concert at the Valencia History Museum

  • 10:30 p.m.: Dramatized historical visit to the Palace of the Marquis of Campo and concert by Agostina Belforte Jazz Trio at the Benlliure Museum House.

  • 11pm: Tribute to Alejandro Sanz at the Plaza de la Reina and guided tours of the permanent exhibition of the MuVIM

  • 00h15 : Comédie musicale ‘The Talent’ at the Town Hall Square

  • 00:30: Mediterranean pyromusical show by Pirotecnia Valenciana on the Monteolivete Bridge
