The event proposed by the Cultural Circle brought together a large audience. Other activities are planned this summer.
On June 25, the Cultural Circle brought together the participants of “Faites de l’Art” at the Mazières house. The purpose of this meeting was to reflect, analyze, identify successes and point out improvements to be made to the event. The success of this first edition lies in the establishment of trust between the different partners, the strengthened collaboration of the associations involved in the organization, the investment of individuals and volunteers as well as the commitment of the “artists”. All these people made it possible to set up workshops and activities that were popular with a wide audience.
Offers
It was proposed during this meeting that efforts be focused on communication and material organization. A central reception area open during the two days of this event could be set up. More legible and more artistic signage for the route will need to be considered, as will the signage of the exhibition locations and the simplification of the supports and the map distributed to visitors. In order to offer quality activities, and to artistically diversify the scenes, exhibitions, etc., the association must increase its financial resources and develop contacts with new partners. A membership campaign, a search for sponsors and a call for applications from artists are part of the new project for 2025.
The cultural circle offers you a “capsule exhibition” all summer in the window of the Puit banal. Free musical evenings are scheduled for July 26, August 9 and August 23. A booklet has been published with the entire program for the summer period, do not hesitate to consult it. The association would like to thank the municipality for its help, as well as the associations. The cultural circle informs you that the producers’ market and the garage sale initially planned for July 7 are canceled due to the holding of the legislative elections that same day.
