Poppy announces new album Negative Spaces for November

Pop and metal artist Poppy has announced her upcoming album, Negative Spaces, set for release on November 15, 2024 via Sumerian Records. The album will consist of 15 tracks, including the previously released singles New Way Out and They’re All Around Us. The tracks were produced in collaboration with former Bring Me The Horizon member Jordan Fish, adding a unique twist to Poppy’s new sonic direction.

A new sound era for Poppy

With Negative Spaces, Poppy continues to explore the boundaries of modern music, blending diverse influences. In a press release, we learn that the album follows the path of the single New Way Out, a true “sparkling industrial anthem”. The co-production work with Jordan Fish introduces elements of 80s pop, retro-futuristic synths, as well as 2000s pop-punk sounds. This sonic diversity underlines Poppy’s constant evolution, redefining her style with each new release.
