Xavier Delarue: a prefect honored for his commitment
In office since March 2023, Xavier Delarue was promoted knight of the Legion of Honor under the Ministry of the Interiorby decree of January 15. Another personality of the Haute-Marne, Vincent Montibert was raised in theNational Order of Merit under the ministry of ecological transition. Responsible for theFrench Biodiversity Office in Haute-Marne, he dedicated more than 35 ans career at nature protection and to the prevention of environmental risks.
