Triggered around 10:50 a.m. following the passage of a skier, the slide ultimately did not cause any particular difficulties. The searches, carried out with the help of dog handlers and with DVA devices (avalanche victim detectors) ended around 11:30 a.m.

The flow caused no casualties. “It was a small-scale phenomenon, a similar flow had been treated two days ago in the station. Given the mild weather at altitude, the risk was well identified” adds the slopes service.
