Mayotte is a territory appreciated by Marine Le Pen, on numerous occasions she has spoken of her particular attachment to the island.

An attachment which then seems reciprocal among certain Mahorais, since during the presidential election in 2022, she achieved one of her best scores with 59.10% in the second round.
