René Lioret of the National Rally came in first with 37.89% of the votes cast, followed very closely by Didier Paris of Ensemble pour la République with 37.29%: 54 votes separate the two men. Jérôme Flache of the Popular Front came in third with 20.24% of the votes. The other candidates obtained more modest results.

These results recorded following the counting of the 14 polling stations in Beaune show a slight shift compared to the 2022 elections, with René Lioret and Didier Paris consolidating their positions at the top. The relatively high turnout in Beaune (63.26%) reflects a notable commitment of voters to the democratic process.
The results of the 5th constituency remain to be known to determine who will be in the second round.
