People charged in flare-up of violence between Hells Angels and Blood Family Mafia (BFM) admitted their guilt on Friday at the Quebec courthouse.

Evan Lavoie, 21, and Andréanne Dominique, 37, participated in the kidnapping, kidnapping and serious assault against relatives of the Hells, an event which ended with the death of a abductor.

They committed their crimes on behalf of the BFM, this group of independent traffickers allegedly led by Dave Turmel and who launched a bloody war against bikers. Turmel is still the subject of an arrest warrant even though one of his relatives has just been repatriated from Portugal.

According to the SPVQ, Dave Turmel is the leader of the Blood Family Mafia (BFM), which is waging a war against the Hells Angels in connection with the world of narcotics.

Andréanne Dominique is the one who set the trap for a drug dealer linked to Hells last February. She asked him to deliver cocaine to her at a chalet.

He was greeted there by armed men who forced him to follow them.

Torture

Evan Lavoie served as driver in addition to surveillance during the week of torture that followed.

The victim was first taken to a garage, where he was initially held captive. His attackers then cut off one of his ears and subjected him to various forms of abuse, including burning him with a torch.

Some of the attacks were filmed. After two days, the trafficker was transferred to a barn belonging to Georges Roy, in Saint-Malachie. The latter admitted his guilt in April.

In this barn, the kidnappers cut off the victim’s second ear and even tried to make him eat it. Two other people, including Stéphane Boutin, were tortured there by the group linked to the BFM.

Boutin took advantage of a moment when one of the attackers, Patrick Martin, was sleeping to take his weapon and kill him.

During his escape, he also shot Evan Lavoie in the arm before alerting the police.

Evan Lavoie was sentenced to two years in prison for his involvement.

As for Andréanne Dominique, she will be able to regain her freedom to follow six months of closed therapy to treat her drug addiction. She will then have to return before the judge for sentencing.

Another arrest

Another woman, Charlotte Montambault-Vaillancourt, also appeared this Friday in connection with these same events.

So far, four people have pleaded guilty. Georges Roy’s daughter, Marie-Laurence Roy, also pleaded guilty a few days ago and was sentenced to nine months in prison.

In total, 13 people were arrested in this case which led to the triggering of the police strike called “Scandalous”.
