After 14 negotiation meetings, management and union organizations reached an agreement. The strike action at Corolis is lifted this Saturday, June 29.

Corolis management and the union organizations finally reached an agreement on Friday, June 28, in the evening, following a 14th negotiation meeting.

Mediation, led by the Beauvaisis Urban Community, resulted in the signing of the following measures:
– A 4% increase in basic salary,
– An extension of the night bonus until 6:30 a.m. (instead of the current 5 a.m.),
– Payment of an exceptional PEPA bonus (Purchasing Power Bonus) of €500

“At the social level, it was also decided to create a commission dedicated to
monitoring of quality of life at work, as well as carrying out a study on
the implementation of a supplementary pension scheme”
the Management emphasizes.

This end of the conflict allows a partial recovery of the Corolis Network from this Saturday
June 29, then a full recovery on Monday July 1st.

Let us recall that the Corolis trade union organisations had called for a strike movement since Monday 17 June and that the first mediations proposed with the Agglo du Beauvaisis had not been successful.
