As part of the early legislative elections, the first round of which will take place on Sunday, June 30, 2024, the newspaper Le Pays d’Auge and France Bleu Normandie organized a debate on Thursday, June 27, 2024 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. between four of the six candidates in the third constituency of Calvados (Lisieux-Falaise).

Participating in this debate broadcast live on France Bleu as well as on the Pays d’Auge Facebook page were the outgoing MP Jérémie Patrier-Leitus (Horizons), Edouard Fauvage (Rassemblement National/Les Républicains), Olivier Truffaut ( New Popular Front) and Thierry-Paul Valette (Equitable Europe).

The debate which took place within the Pays d’Auge editorial staff in Lisieux was moderated by Jean-Baptiste Marie for France Bleu Normandie and Julien Lagarde for Le Pays d’Auge.
Two other candidates are in the running for this third constituency: Michel Langevin (Lutte Ouvrière) and Steven Mafiodo (Debout la France).
