The water wheel, the view of the valley and the sound of the Orbiquet which quivers as it passes, such is the setting of a 19th century mill transformed into a restaurant. Taken over by the Villeneuve couple in 2018, the Moulin du Fossard offers revisited traditional cuisine, highlighting local products. This is the only restaurant in Saint-Martin-de-Bienfaite-la-Cressonière.

The butcher’s shop in Saint-Martin-de-Bienfaite-la-Cressonnière closed in 2023. The premises are still for sale. The hairdresser closed in 2022. The only business remaining is the restaurant.
