The new Kerchopine business park, a community-oriented area located in Cléguer, is welcoming its first businesses. There will eventually be ten on the hillsides of Kerraoul. Maxence Nicolas and Xavier Le Pipec created MX concrete there. This is an automatic concrete and mortar distribution service for individuals and businesses, a first for the region of Lorient.
Using a machine, accessible by credit card, the customer can collect ready-mixed concrete and mortar. It can include self-timer (up to eight hours). “You just have to plan your container and pay attention to the weight for transport. The minimum is 150 liters with a decreasing price depending on the quantity. For large quantities, from 3 m3, it is preferable to contact us,” indicate the two entrepreneurs, who also deliver on demand within a 20 km radius. This is a project matured over 3 years, which, according to them, responds to a demand. “There are a lot of craftsmen in the sector and they did not have this local service. The same goes for DIYers.”
