The gourmet strength of the Piano, a quarter of an hour from Chaumont

Here are guest rooms in a village a quarter of an hour from Chaumont, located at the back of the “through” street, on the countryside side. The occupants have the exclusive privilege of enjoying the table d’hôtes. For a peaceful and gourmet stopover. Please note, reservations are required.

Meet at the “Piano” in Biesles for an overnight stay in one of the four spacious guest rooms in a building located at the back of the “crossing” street which connects Chaumont to Nogent. You are peaceful, in a village a quarter of an hour from Chaumont, the city-prefecture of Haute-Marne. Valérie opened this place “a little over ten years ago”, and it has attracted fans of peaceful stops which, however, have nothing to do with a pian-pian mode.

Gourmet moment, warm moment.

The confinements linked to Covid-19 have naturally upset all guests: reception side, visiting side.

Before Valérie completely refocuses on welcoming travelers, there are still four spacious, comfortable rooms, two of which overlook a vast garden. Their passing occupants are the only ones to benefit from the table d’hôtes. “What makes us great is our cuisine,” says Valérie.

Taking care of the presentation helps to reveal the chef’s touch… on the piano.

The possibility of sitting down at the table in the garden on the Route d’Ageville allows you to taste seasonal dishes, highlighted by a refined presentation. “It is not impossible that culinary workshops will be associated with guest rooms in the future…”. The house offers a gourmet stopover.

Please note, before the managers of the place concentrate entirely on this “bed and breakfast” activity, the periods during which they are available are exceptional, it is imperative to reserve.
