This is good news for the faithful of the Saint-Michel church, located in the district of the same name, in Saint-Brieuc (Côtes-d’Armor). The building had to close its doors to the public on March 29, 2024, after pieces of plaster fell from the ceiling inside.

Last April, the City reassured: “The first visual observation allows us to say that we have plaster detachments from the vault but no major structural defect. » This Wednesday, June 26, it announces that the work to install fall protection nets has been completed.

It is accessible again

“We wanted to carry out this work quickly to make this place of worship accessible as quickly as possible. This will therefore be the case from this Wednesday. »
