Dreams Donuts, a donut temple, will open in Strasbourg: 100 pastries offered on the big day

Dreams Donutsa chain of cafés specialized in the manufacture and selling donuts – these ring-shaped donuts generally covered with icing and sometimes filled – will open in the city center of Strasbourg (Bas-Rhin). A stone’s throw from the High Street, at 53 rue du Fossé-des-Tanneurs.

This is the first time that the Belgian donut franchise establishes itself in Strasbourg. In Alsace, it is already present in Mulhouse.

3,000 donuts opening weekend

For the launch of the Strasbourg store planned for June 29 from 12 p.m.Justine, the manager and manager, has planned a stock of 3 000 donuts.

And to celebrateopening of Dreams Donuts“the first 100 customers will be entitled to a free donut,” Justine tells us.

13 flavors of donuts

“At Dreams Donuts, the customer will be able to find 13 different donut flavors : the traditional ones, the toppings, with toppings or even the filled range”, lists the pastry enthusiast.

To accompany the donuts, milkshake, bubble tea et latté will also be there. Justine has other projects for the future and would like to expand the menu card : “I would like to launch savory products in September. And also pieces assembled on demand.”

From homemade to appointment

For the opening of Dreams Donuts StrasbourgJustine, who has a degree in management, had to take a training course in pastry making and that was good:

I had been interested in baking for some time.

All will be made on site Justine confirms to us. “There is a kitchen in the basement with preparation space,” she adds.

They will be a team of five people to run the store.

An interior and exterior space to come

Chez Dreams Donuts flowers, marshmallow pink and neon lights are there.

The interior room, divided into two spaces, has eight seats. For the moment, no terrace, Justine is waiting for authorizations to inaugurate it.
