His last conviction by the Quimper court (Finistère) for drug trafficking dates back to the end of December 2023. In addition to a prison sentence, the 21-year-old man was banned from appearing in Finistère.

Cannabis and 300 euros

The defendant flees and accelerates. His speed in the streets of Guilvinec was estimated at 140 km/h. He ended up hitting a low wall after taking a roundabout in the opposite direction. “I panicked, I did anything. »

His vehicle was not insured; the technical inspection was not up to date. The motorist tested positive for cannabis. He had 300 euros on him and a small quantity of cannabis.

For the prosecutor, “Monsieur takes us for six-week-old rabbits”. She considered that the defendant had returned “deliberately” to Finistère. She had requested eight months in prison with continued detention.
