Vaucluse is experiencing a windy weekend to start the month of June. Indeed, France is still located in a fairly cool northern flow for the period but which allows our departmental skies to clear. However, instability will occur this Sunday, June 2, like the day before in the east of the department with a risk of storms. The weather will change for the coming week, with the return of anticyclonic conditions across the Iberian Peninsula and especially the arrival of the first real summer heat. Result from Wednesday June 5, the first 30°C of the year can be recorded in the department with a clear sky and no wind.
In fact, the mistral will have left the department on Monday June 3. Starting next weekend, reliability will decrease. The anticyclone which was present over France should shift towards central Europe, which could cause the return of storms to the west of France next weekend. In Vaucluse, we should remain on the sidelines despite a sky becoming cloudier and a heavy feeling.
