Hermès, Dior, Chanel and even Louis Vuitton handbags from second hand. Here is what the Héritage boutique offers, which opens its doors at the One Nation Paris shopping center, located in Clayes-sous-Bois (Yvelines), this Thursday, October 3, 2024.

This idea is combined with a “strong environmental sensitivity”. She runs the Catteau family, at the head of One Nation Paris, opened a little over ten years ago now. “We work with a French company which helps us source the bags,” explains Pauline Catteau.
“We participate in global auctions reserved for professionals. And we have high standards. Even if it is second hand, there is no question of there being a defect. »

The Héritage boutique offers Chanel, Dior and Hermès bags that you sometimes have to wait years before you can buy. “For example, for the sac Birkin d’Hermèsyou have waiting lists. Here you can find it and at a second hand price. You also have the Kelly bag which was made famous by Grace Kelly. She wore it in front of her belly when announcing her engagement to Prince Rainier,” says Pauline Catteau.
“This type of bag is made by hand, by a single craftsman, and requires 18 to 20 hours of work. »
Count on 30 to 50% reduction on average, depending on the pieces. Which still represents a budget. The Birkin bag is thus displayed at 12 900 €.
Of the often unique piecesthe price of which also varies depending on color and rarity. Advantage of the Héritage store, the customer “can touch and feel the product”. “There are no bad surprises. And all our products are sold with an authentication card. »
Other second-hand accessories
Heritage also offers jewelry like the three gold ring from Cartier, Omega watches or even Hermès scarves.
As for the store nameit was the subject of debate within the Catteau family and it was Héritage which brought everyone into agreement: “There is the notion of family, of transmission, of value and of precious things. Values that sum up the spirit of the store,” concludes Pauline Catteau.
