The big day has arrived. After years of consultations and work, the Neyrpic shopping center officially opens its doors this Wednesday October 2, 2024 in Saint-Martin-d’Hères (Isère), near Grenoble.
This brand new setting welcomes many shops and restaurants who, for some, arrive for the first time in the Grenoble area.

Parking and transport access
Started in 2021, the work is now complete. Shopping center customers are invited to go to the corner of avenue Benoît-Frachon and avenue Gabriel-Péri.
The entrance to Neyrpic is notably served by the tramway C of the M’Réso public transport network.
Important to note that a vehicle parking lot has been built at the gates of the shopping center and will be able to accommodate 850 cars. In addition, a bicycle parking space with 600 spaces is also available.
80 brands and around twenty restaurants
Revealed exclusively by our editorial staff, the exhaustive list of restaurants and businesses present within the center’s alleys was published on September 13, 2024.
There are major ready-to-wear brands such as Mango, Sandro and Pull & Bear. On the restaurant side, Burger King, Paradis du fruit and even Italian Trattoria are coming to Neyrpic.
In total, 80 brands and 20 restaurants will open in Neyrpic. The management of the center specifies that this represents 95% commercialization commercial cells.
7 million visitors expected
In an interview given to our editorial staff, Céline Poix, deputy general manager of the group Apsys in charge of the Neyrpic shopping center, stated his ambitions: “Within three years, we hope for seven million visitors per year. »
Please note that the center will be accessible on certain Sundays. The Neyrpic shopping center will be open to customers on Sundays October 6 and 13, 2024.
“The opening of the first two Sundays will allow the opening crowd to be spread over more days and to limit traffic and parking problems,” Neyrpic services explain to actu Grenoble.
He will come back it’s up to each brand to decide or not if the curtain will rise on Sunday morning.
What’s new to come
There will be many new features on the Neyrpic shopping center site. In the coming months, the cultural offering will expand further with the arrival of cinemas.
A six-screen cinema and 1 200 places will complete this offer at the end of 2026, if the schedule is respected. The complex will be located at the corner of avenues Gabriel-Péri and Benoît-Frâchon on a plot of 3,500 m². The cost of building the site is estimated at 15 million euros.
