Umih , in partnership with the city of , the Républicain Lorrain, Bleu and the Federation of Metz traders, announces the first edition of Urban Feast. A gourmet event which begins this Wednesday evening on the Place d’Armes and continues Thursday evening from 5 to 11 p.m.

An opportunity to discover the gastronomic richness of our region, through 12 stands run by talented and passionate chefs. Each stand offers unique appetizers for €6; designed especially for the event. A student rate will be offered for both evenings at the price of €5.

Twelve stands to discover

• Alexis Baudin Restaurant: environmentally friendly cuisine, favoring local and seasonal products.

• Umé – Contemporary brasserie: Franco-Japanese brasserie from starred chef Charles Coulombeau.

• Yozora: gourmet restaurant in Center Pompidou-Metz run by starred chef Charles Coulombeau.

• The colors of Africa: authentic dishes with flavors from the African continent.

• Au Cul de Poule: inventive cuisine, mixing tradition and modernity.

• Duothentique: offers fresh, home-cooked products.

• La Tour de Léandre: halal world cuisine, with Turkish specialties.

• La Cantoche: authentic cuisine, where everything is homemade.

• Restaurant 2’Moiselles: contemporary cuisine, full of surprises.

• Maison Magira: With Matthieu Otto, Bocuse d’or and Alexandre Etienne, food lovers put all their know-how at the service of your taste buds.

• Star chef stand: Benoît Potdevin offers exceptional appetizers.

• Apprentice stand: highlights the young talents of tomorrow.

The official inauguration of this first Urban Feast will take place on October 2 at 6 p.m., in the presence of Christophe Thiriet, president of Umih, and François Grosdidier, mayor of Metz.
