The traders of the open-air market and Josy Lassus-Pigat, local business development assistant, prepared for the arrival of the holidays with great enthusiasm.
The entire market came to life as if by magic, from the opening and until 1 p.m., accompanied by Santa Claus, walked around the site, distributing sweets to the children who came in large numbers, without counting on the photos taken together.
A stand was open in front of the hall where numerous elected officials distributed free hot drinks (coffee, chocolate, mulled wine) accompanied by small cakes. The Corail nursery school was set up under the hall where the teachers tried to sell the children’s produce and the proceeds from the sale will be used for the end of year trip. The market’s itinerant traders were present, obviously very happy with the perfect success of this very well-organized event. As customers remarked: “It’s always wonderful to see happy children”, they were all delighted as the entertainment was perfect, the children thus had a taste of the holidays and for the little ones happiness to see Santa Claus.
