This summer, from June 29 to July 23, the Convivencia festival barge will sail along the Canal du Midi, offering a unique musical journey through 13 communes in the Occitanie region. On board, concerts, tastings and exhibitions will transform each stopover into a cultural celebration. [Partenariat]

The Convivencia festival returns this summer for a promising 28th edition, sailing gently at 5km/h on the Canal du Midi. The Tourmente barge, 30 meters long, transforms into a floating stage, offering an exceptional setting for open-air concerts. For nearly four weeks, from June 29 to July 23, the festival will pass through 13 municipalities, to offer musical and cultural evenings.

Saturday June 29, 2024 at 9:30 p.m. in Montech. The French-Colombian double bassist and singer combines traditional South American rhythms with creative electronic experimentation. Her music is a fusion of her cultural heritage, offering a rich and emotional work.

Sami Galbi:

Wednesday July 3, 2024 at 9:30 p.m. in Toulouse. Sami Galbi, from the alternative scenes of French-speaking Switzerland, offers a captivating raï-electro. Inspired by the popular music of the cabarets of Casablanca and Marseille, he breathes a modern and sunny breath into the traditional genres of Raï and Chaâbi.

Chakâm ensemble:

Sunday, July 7, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in Castanet-Tolosan. Winner of the Prix des Musiques d’Ici 2023, the Ensemble Chakâm mixes the sounds of the Iranian târ, the Palestinian qanun and the French viola da gamba. Their music is a journey through traditions and cultural influences, creating a unique sound universe.
