Crazy and festive atmosphere from the opening of the Les Art’Zimutés festival site, this Friday June 28, 2024 on the green beach from Cherbourg (Manche), the bravest already stationed in front of the main stage ; the most gourmets first take advantage of the refreshment barand refreshing seafood platters.

To open this soirée two groups warm up the audience who is already there. At the Cale Sèche, “Project 41” is a sell-out tent as Sir Edward performs and addresses the audience from the Earth stage.

The intriguing Boucherie Miaoux

The Intriguing One circus show from Boucherie Miaoux took the audience on a journey of drums, percussion and acrobatics. The time between the different concerts seemed much shorter thanks to this show.

Then Hubert-Félix Thiéfaine entered the main stage, around which the audience was already humming his repertoire.

It was hard not to get excited when the modern-day poet sang his biggest hits, including the highly anticipated “Daughter of the Joint Cutter.”

The public is like the festival : familial. The fans knowing the lyrics like the back of their hand and mingling with the childrenliving their baptism of festivals.

The rest of the evening did not disappoint either, with Asian Dub Foundation and the very talented Dominique Février in particular.
