Understand the image
Like every year, young people from Libourne have chosen to get involved in audiovisual creation, an activity offered by the La Cali youth service. Participants must make genre films, horror, detective, science fiction. It is here, the result of a year of creation and production with multiple activities and actions.
Thierry Marty, vice-president in charge of youth within Cali, recalls how important “it is to understand, know and know how to decipher the production of images” of which we now know all the abuses… “A activity which has its place in the educational project of young people. »
A bridge to Italy
“The concept has evolved considerably,” explains Thierry Buffeteau, coordinator of the youth service. This year’s selection is the film “Le Dernier Bal”, a Franco-Italian short film, produced as part of Erasmus-Jeunesse, which brings together young people from the Max-Linder high school and those from the Toschi high school in Parma.
Very diverse activities are offered throughout the year and throughout the territory. Then, the loan of equipment and support allows them to acquire real skills for their future and their choice of higher education as “a real asset in their ability to mobilize new technologies”, he concludes.
