Return to everyday life will not have been so simple because Laure Bertin and Séverine Manet, two residents of Puymiclan, in Lot-et-Garonne.
Their life will remain marked by the Roses des sables Trophythis sporting expedition for the benefit of Pink October and the Enfants du Desert association.
Two weeks in the Moroccan desert
Throughout these two weeks, the young women, ATSEM at the Puymiclan school, and nurse at the Marmande hospital, lived beyond the sporting side, a significant human story.
Starting with meetings both with participants affected by breast cancer, cured or not, as well as with the local population during the stages, or with the women who create objects sold for the benefit of the Children of the Desert.
