Alexandre Barrette invited two of his ex-blondes to his new podcast Don’t forget your toothbrushwhich is interested in heartbreak.

Catherine Brunet, with whom he was in contact for three years, was also the guest of the first episode, which is available on YouTube. Alexandre does not hide that this is “his greatest heartbreak” so far.

The two former lovebirds had not spoken for 10 years, but she accepted his invitation, she who recently separated from actor Antoine Pilon. The latter is, let us remember, the star of the excellent series Separate company on Club illico.

Everyone in the community knew about it, but the couple jealously preserved the secret because, in particular, Mariana talked about her difficulties with guys in her shows, said Alexandre, who had dared to deny being in love with her during a conversation with Marie-Claude Barrette.

“To date, among my eight guests, of course I received Cat Brunet and Mariana because they are two exes, and I thought it “fit” well with that,” said Alexandre.

But why this theme? Melanie asked. “It’s the only area that you have experience and practice in, but it stagnates. Even sometimes, I would tell you that it’s worse, because you also accumulate all your wounds and it’s no longer just the breakup, it also makes you face certain dissatisfactions that you have with yourself. “Mariana, I was also in love, but it ended more gradually. It was less abrupt. Mariana was more; we drive, nice road, but we see that we are running out of gas. The light, you have 30, 20, 18, 16 left… I think it’s over. Cat Brunet, I was driving in the fog, a winding road, and there was a rock,” said Alexandre, to which Mélanie Maynard responded by saying “that’s Antoine Pilon!”

Alexandre flashed his beautiful smile and chuckled: “I wouldn’t have gone there, but it makes me laugh out loud,” he replied.
