Julia Mateian et Frédéric Beauchampthe duo at the head of the talent agency 26apt and respectively content creator and photographer, celebrated their marriage in three acts in September 2024. Their story began ten years earlier, when a message on Facebook brought them together. After this romantic but also professional love at first sight, the couple founded a joint business in Canada, before settling in the French capital, in the heart of fashion and the city of love. Although Frédéric has had the engagement ring since January 2020, it took the end of confinement for him to be able to ask Julia in marriage during a cruise on the Seine in May of the same year: “It was a timeless moment because we were the only boat sailing on the Seine at that time,” she remembers.

“We wanted to create a wedding inspired by our new life in ,” confides Julia Mateian. The celebration began with a civil wedding in an elegant penthouse with breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. Here, the modern ambiance reflected their North American touch. “It was a way to break the ice and establish a warm atmosphere,” explains Frédéric. For the religious ceremony, the couple chose the intimacy of the Saint-Augustin Church near their home, followed by a dinner at the Jacquemart-André Museum, where the elegance of the great Parisian salons enhanced each moment. This mecca of Parisian life from another time had just reopened after several months of work: its courtyard, its winter garden and its various rooms steeped in history welcomed with great fanfare the wedding evening of Julia Mateian et Frédéric Beauchamp. Finally, a relaxed brunch concluded this festive weekend, combining freedom and lightness.

Style wise, Julia Mateian captivated in five wedding dresses from the Australian house Kyha Studioscarefully selected for each moment. For the visit to the town hall, her look with its fluid draping and delicate open back recalled an almost Hollywood elegance. “Once I tried on the Miles model, I knew it was THE dress. It embodies timelessness with a touch of maximalism,” she says of her main wedding dress. To dance the night away, she changed into a sequined dress. Frédéric Beauchamphe was impeccably dressed in a tuxedo Yves Saint Laurent.
