But Grille Montorgueil is not the only address to have been selected by the critic, who this year decorated 6 other establishments. So, To the Lyonnaisowned by Alain Ducasse located in the 2nd, received the title of chef of the year thanks to Victoria Bowler. Au Guersant, in the 17th, the owners Nicolas Gounse and Romain Gastel received the title of Young bistro chefs of the year.
