He had a year to prepare and he succeeded in his bet. Indeed, the YouTuber Inoxtag had set himself a year to climb Everest and succeeded. However, the videographer did not only climb the highest peak in the world during the 365 days preceding the ascent of it.

Indeed, to prepare for this great challenge, he decided to go to the French Alps. Alongside Mathis Dumas, a high mountain guide, who taught him the basics of mountaineering and who made him climb other mountains before setting off to conquer the roof of the world.

Inoxtag has been preparing for a year

In fact, before leaving for Everest, the duo climbed Mont Blanc, Mont Cervin, and Ama Dablam. This last mountain, considered by many specialists to be an even more beautiful challenge to take on than Everest, has also caused Inoxtag a lot of harm. With Mathis and his teams, he almost gave up a few hundred meters from the summit.

Nevertheless, thanks to a steely mind, the YouTuber managed to convince his comrades and reach the summit located at 6812 meters. Moreover, if Inoxtag had trouble getting there, it is also because he suffered from hemorrhoids as he revealed during the descent of Ama Dablam in his documentary.

The reasons for his hemorrhoidal crisis, revealed by Michel Cymes

The opportunity for Michel Cymes to say more about the causes of hemorrhoidal attacks. “So it’s always a little surprising to hear about hemorrhoids when you’re going to climb Everest.”he initially confided in a video published on his Instagram account this Thursday, September 19, 2024.

The doctor and presenter explains that “Hemorrhoids are not related to altitude”. “We are getting into Inoxtag’s private life a bit, but if he talks about it himself, that’s fine. These are hemorrhoids that were probably already there.”he continues before giving some details.

“What happens at altitude is that we eat less. The lack of oxygen makes us eat differently. We will be more constipated and we know that constipation is one of the elements that can promote hemorrhoids but there are others. The cold, the movement, the journey itself”. In fact, Inoxtag has even more merit in having succeeded in this other bet because climbing mountains with hemorrhoidal crises is not “not ideal”recognizes Michel Cymes.
