Originally from Toulouse, Ange Noiret is today one of the key faces of the weather forecast on TF1. The thirty-year-old looks back on his career, from his beginnings in the air force to his current role as a science popularizer.
Ange Noiret looks like the ideal son-in-law. He appears on the small screen with a dazzling smile, impeccably styled hair and wearing a tailored suit. “I do an image job, people see me on television. Every day, I make sure to be as presentable as possible. I invite myself into people’s homes through their screen. When we invite ourselves, we dresses well, we make a little effort I try to take care of my look, but I prioritize the quality of my work first,” says the meteorologist.

He is a weather presenter for the TF1 morning show, Bonjour !since the launch of the show on January 8, 2024. Every morning, from seven to nine o’clock, this thirty-year-old hosts a weather bulletin every half hour, in addition to two explanatory columns. “These chronicles are an opportunity to explore certain aspects in greater depth, such as specific meteorological phenomena or significant climatic events,” specifies the forecaster.
Ange Noiret is one of the rare presenters to have trained as a meteorologist. “My meteorology degree is essential to my job. It’s not just about reading ready-made bulletins, but analyzing data, interpreting weather models and preparing clear and precise presentations.”

It was not in his plans to become passionate about the weather. After obtaining her baccalaureate S, Ange Noiret joined an engineering school, without much conviction. After a year, he finally understood that it “wasn’t my path.” He then tried art school to specialize in 3D animation, a field that had always fascinated him. Two years later, the young man left her, without a diploma.
At the age of 22, he joined the air force non-commissioned officer school in Rochefort. Once his first year of training is over, Ange wants to become a helicopter pilot. His myopia prevents him from doing so. He was advised to specialize in the study of atmospheric phenomena.

He was sent to the National School of Meteorology in Toulouse, his hometown, where he spent almost two years. “There, I discovered the fascinating world of meteorology. We learned to analyze satellite data, read radars and observe the sky. One of my vivid memories is the first time I saw “Observing the movements of clouds and weather systems in real time was a revelation. The more I learned, the more passionate I became. It was the first time I felt such enthusiasm for a discipline. remembers the weather man from TF1.
Once graduated, Ange Noiret became an aeronautical meteorologist for the control tower of the Orléans military base. His days are punctuated by debriefings with controllers and pilots. After five years in the army, the forecaster “wants to explore other horizons”. He joined La Chaîne Météo, as a presenter. “The first time I found myself alone in front of a camera, I was unsettled. It took a few years to get used to it and to find a natural style. I learned to explain complex concepts in a simple way , to capture attention and to adapt to the constraints of television,” he says.

Gradually, Ange Noiret established himself in his field. LCI notices him when he reaches 30 years old. He presents the weather reports. TF1 entrusts him with replacements. Today, the weather no longer holds any secrets for him. Well almost: “Every day, I learn something new. It’s a discipline in constant evolution, and there is still a lot to discover. It’s a science that we don’t yet understand 100%. We understands it, 95%. The 5% of mystery is all its charm”, smiles the presenter.
