It's the story of two intersecting curves. The first shows the stock price of one of the largest IT companies in France, Atos, sinking into an inexorable descent into hell: it has collapsed by 99% over the last five years. The second reveals the skyrocketing strategic, financial and legal advisory fees paid by the heavily indebted company. According to an internal file that Le Figaro, and some other media, was able to consult, Atos has paid, since 2019, substantial amounts to its lawyers and advisors of all kinds. Accumulated by us, the sum is approaching a billion euros in four years. An astronomical amount, even for a group with an annual turnover of 10 billion. This document, obtained by a whistleblower who made a report to the Paris prosecutor's office, lists more than a thousand service providers across the globe.
