According to the first elements collected on site, the victim, a resident of the right bank of Bayonne, crossed the road to the right of the T1 Tram'bus line, towards Hauts de Bayonne. The public transport was moving at this location on a dedicated track. At the level where the vehicle stopped after the impact, there is a crossing of the roadway, dedicated to bicycles.
