Projection in seats: from 230 to 280 for the RN

Here is a projection of the distribution of seats in the National Assembly, which has 577: RN from 230 to 280 seats, the New Popular Front from 125 to 165 seats, Ensemble from 70 to 100 seats, LR from 41 to 61 seats, the various left from 11 to 19 seats and others elected between 22 to 30 seats. This projection should be taken with great caution since the second round will only take place on Sunday.

Between 65 and 85 deputies would be elected in the first round of the legislative elections while there would potentially be 285 to 315 triangulars in the second round and 150 to 170 duels, according to an estimate by the Ipsos institute made on the 539 constituencies of mainland France .

The RN would be present in 390 to 430 constituencies, the left in 370 to 410, the old majority in 290 to 330 and LR in 70 to 90, according to this Ipsos estimate.

The French will have to vote again this Sunday, July 7, for the second round.
