Acemagic unveiled a dual-screen laptop at Computex 2024 called the Z1A. However, as the company detailed today, it’s called the Acemagic X1 instead. Additionally, we’ve learned the laptop’s exact specs.

While the previous presentation suggested that there would be two different variants, Acemagic only revealed one today. It is powered by an Intel Core i7 1255U, an efficiency-focused Alder Lake processor from 2022. The other variant, which was rumored at Computex 2024, was supposed to feature the Core i7 1265U.

However, the Acemagic X1’s strong point is its dual displays. This isn’t the first laptop to feature dual displays. For example, there’s the Lenovo Yoga Book and the Asus Zenbook Duo (available on Amazon). But those are convertibles, and for the others, the secondary display tends to be different sizes than the primary display.

The X1, meanwhile, features a “unique 360-degree horizontal dual-screen design.” dual 360-degree screens. These are 14-inch displays with FHD resolution. Acemagic says this design is primarily aimed at “mobile business operations,” which makes sense given that this isn’t the most capable Intel laptop on the market.

As for the other specifications, the Acemagic X1 pairs the Core i7 processor with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. There are also a good number of ports, including two USB Type-C, one USB 3.0, and one HDMI 2.0. The company has not yet shared details on pricing and availability.
