General manager of RC Lens, Pierre Dréossi addressed the winter transfer window this Sunday before the Ligue 1 match against Toulouse. The trend is at the start for defender Abdukodir Khusanov and Brice Samba, even if negotiations with Rennes are “tense” for the goalkeeper.

For Samba, “the negotiations are still ongoing. They are tense,” confided the former manager of the Breton club. “There are far too many rumors. It’s a long negotiation, it’s been going on for around ten days but there is no agreement.”
Arriving in Lens in the summer of 2023 for 100,000 euros, the defender Abdukodir Khusanov should allow his club to realize enormous added value. This winter? “He will leave but there will also be arrivals,” replied Dréossi, nevertheless specifying that there was no offer for the moment for the Uzbek international (20 years old).
