The disaster broke out around 8:30 a.m. this Friday morning in an unoccupied apartment located on the first floor of a small building on rue de la République. A tenant who lived above was poisoned by the fumes. He took refuge on the roof of the building for shelter. The firefighters intervened. They deployed the large ladder to rescue the unfortunate man who was then taken care of by SAMU teams. The fire was brought under control. An investigation is open to determine the origin of the fire.
